When you are viewing the Fidelity web site, you may see one or more accounts depending on how long you have been contributing to your retirement plan.
How do I set up a PIN for the first time, or clear and re-establish a PIN?
- Go to www.fidelity.com/atwork.
- Select "Access My Account".
- Choose either the "New User Registration", "Change Your PIN", or "Forgot Your PIN" link.
- Enter your Social Security Number or Customer ID.
- Follow the instructions regarding the entry of the above information.
- Enter a six to twelve character PIN.
- Confirm your entry as instructed.
I forgot my Fidelity User ID and Password. How do I get this information?
Call a Fidelity Service Specialist at (800) 343-0860 to assist in the PIN reset.
How can I find out what my investment allocations are, or change the allocations for my account(s)?
You can log onto www.fidelity.com/atwork and click on "Access My Account".
- Once on the secure site, click on the "Savings and Retirement" tab on the top of the screen.
- From there click on the drop down box in the middle of the screen and choose "Change Investments".
- Click on "Contributions".
- From this screen you can view your current allocations.
