Vincent on Leadership:  The Hay Project offers an opportunity for DePaul employees to:

• Learn more about leadership in a supportive environment;
• Reflect on values-centered leadership models;
• Acquire practical skills to help meet leadership challenges and opportunies;
• Create an action plan for your own growth as a leader and manager.

A four-part series for managers and staff that provides an overview of the staff performance management system at DePaul and prepares employees for completing the annual appraisal process that takes place annually between March and May.  Training modules focus on how to develop individualized performace goals, giving and receiving feedback and coaching for managers.

The UBCC is a representative committee chaired by the vice president for human resources with the charge to provide feedback and advice to the executives on compensation and benefits matters. The committee meets throughout the year.
