Workplace Learning and Performance Needs Assessment

In academic year 2008-2009, Workplace Learning and Performance conducted a participatory needs assessment to determine the training and development needs of DePaul exempt and non-exempt staff.  Through interviews with administrators and managers, focus groups with staff and a university-wide survey, feedback was gathered to inform a proposed action plan.
