Performance Management and Appraisal Learning Series

Workplace Learning and Performance offers DePaul’s Staff Performance Management and Appraisal Learning Series sessions from October to May on the Loop and Lincoln Park campuses. This series introduces DePaul employees to the six phases of the Staff Performance Management System at DePaul and builds skills in goal-setting, giving and receiving feedback and coaching. SMART Goal Labs are offered throughout the year to strengthen skills in writing individual, team and professional development objectives using the SMART model of goal-setting and measuring. Modules include:

Module I: Planning for the Performance Appraisal
Module II: Setting and Fulfilling Performance Goals
Module III: The Performance Discussion: Giving and Receiving Feedback
Module IV: Coaching for Managers
Hands-On: SMART Goal Labs
